Signing up for Excursions
FOR INFORMATION ONLY *** Some of this information concerns previous cruises... be sure and scroll down to the area with the most recent dates!
I went on the site today and I saw where the excursions have now been posted. You do NOT have to sign up for these if you don't want to. There is PLENTY to do around town, on the beach, and on the ship. Excursions are GREAT... but not mandatory for enjoying the trip!
To view them, go to www.carnival.com and register -- you will need your booking number, if you don't have it let me know -- and then you can go in and view what is going to be available for this cruise AND how much each of them cost. It is good to sign up early BUT they will also allow you to sign up on the ship (but be prepared to wait in line).

Getting to galveston from Hob
Hi,
I am flying into Houston on Friday afternoon around 3:45 - 4 pm. Bad time for traffic knowing my luck. I am hoping that there are hotel vans or general transportation vans to Galveston. If you hear anything from Brady, please let us know via this website. Thanks

Re: Signing up for Excursions
Melissa -- Do you already know which hotel you are staying in? That might be a good point to ask when making arrangements.
I will also let you know what Brady says.

Re: Signing up for Excursions
One of the things about the excursion list at the Carnival website, you can sort by particular interests. MANY of the excursions are "party" trips... there ARE some really great ones.

Excursion question
Some of the Excursions which involve swimming say to bring your suit and a towel. Does the ship supply towels? Or do we bring our own?

Re: Signing up for Excursions
Ship supplies towels... bunches of them. AND they do "towel" sculptures everywhere... even in your cabin.

Hi Alisa, When I printed my e-docs, boarding pass, etc., the excursion I had just signed up for was included in the documentation. Try reprinting yours and see if they are included.

Re: Signing up for Excursions
We've rented a car for the day in Cozumel - going to do our own thing and find a few places to snorkel. I've been to Cozumel many times, but always took the ferry across to the mainland. This time we are going to explore the island. A car is going to be better for us - you should have seen us (two big people) on a motor scooter in Key West a few years back. It was a funny picture.
See ya'll soon!
